Health & Safety
Ermilla Creations is complying with all Ottawa Public Health guidelines and in accordance with My Salon Suites.
We follow strict sanitation protocols, disinfecting tools and surfaces between appointments.
If you feel unwell or have any symptoms of illness, we ask that you reschedule your appointment.
Due to limited space, we kindly request that you refrain from bringing additional guests to your appointment unless necessary. This helps us maintain a comfortable and relaxing environment for all clients. Parents may accompany their children.
Late Arrivals
In order to respect my time and the time of other clients, I ask you to arrive on time for your appointment.
If you are going to be late, please call or text 613-255-0984 to notify me. I will offer a 10 minute grace period. Appointments will be modified to fit the remaining time if you arrive late. If this happens, the full price of the service will still apply.
If you are more than 10 minutes late without any notification, your original appointment will be cancelled & will be charged a cancellation fee $50.
If I have not been able to contact you 10 minutes after your appointment start time, you will be considered a no-show, $50 cancellation fee will be charged in your next appointment.
Cancellations
We kindly ask that you notify us at least 24-48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Your deposit will be transferred to your future booking. If you cancel within 24 hours , a $50 will be charged addition to your next appointment.
No Shows
If you do not show up for your appointment, and have not cancelled within 24-48 hours, you will be expected to pay the full amount of your service prior to your next appointment.
Clients with repeated no-shows will be banned from booking future appointments.
Service Guarantee & Refunds
Your satisfaction is my highest priority. If you are not completely contented, please let me know during your treatment or within 24 hours after your service has been performed. Ermilla Creations is committed to making any needed corrections. No refunds are permitted on services rendered.
Product Returns
All products sold, including wigs, hair extensions, and hair care products, are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been purchased.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within [insert time frame, e.g., 7 days] of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and provide an exchange or store credit for defective items.
Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation or rescheduling. The deposit amount will be applied to the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.
