Covid-19 Safety

Ermilla Creations is complying with all Ottawa Public Health guidelines and in accordance with My Salon Suites.

Clients are required to wear mask upon entering the building and for the entire duration of their service. Sanitizer and masks will be made available. 30 min is allotted before and after each service to ensure the salon, all hair tools and equipment are properly sanitized.

At this time, no guests are allowed. Parents may accompany their children.

Late Arrivals

In order to respect my time and the time of other clients, I ask you to arrive on time for your appointment.

If you are going to be late, please call or text 613-255-0984 to notify me. I will offer a 15 minute grace period. Appointments will be modified to fit the remaining time if you arrive late. If this happens, the full price of the service will still apply.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without any notification, your original appointment will be cancelled and rescheduled..

If I have not been able to contact you 15 minutes after your appointment start time, you will be considered a no-show and your spot may be made available for another client on the waitlist.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be made at minimum 24-48 hours in advance. Your deposit will be transferred to your future booking.

No Shows

If you do not show up for your appointment, and have not cancelled within 24-48 hours, you will be expected to pay the full amount of your service prior to your next appointment.

Service Guarantee & Refunds

Your satisfaction is my highest priority. If you are not completely contented, please let me know during your treatment or within 24 hours after your service has been performed. Ermilla Creations is committed to making any needed corrections. No refunds are permitted on services rendered.

Product Returns

At this time there are no returns on products. After restrictions are lifted for COVID-19, product refunds will only be given for defective or damaged products. Used products are non-refundable and will only be exchanged for salon credit or another product.
